as a single-user license application provided as
part of the Statement of Work to function under the
parent domain of the Client website. It is understood
that the Client will not reuse, resell, give, or
sub-license this code to any party, partner, sub-contractor,
or associate, nor will use this code for any domain
or website other than the one(s) defined in this
Statement of Work. Client will be liable for any
damages incurred as a result of misuse or misappropriation
of the Site Control Panel, its programs, and/or code.
It is understood
that the Client will not reuse, resell, give, or sub-license

associate, nor will use this code for any domain or
website other than the one(s) defined in the Statement
of Work. Client will be liable for any damages incurred
as a result of misuse or misappropriation of the Site
Control Panel, its functions, and code.
goldcoastwebdesign.com assumes no liability for the
content [defined as text, images, icons, or any graphics]
provided to goldcoastwebdesign.com.
goldcoastwebdesign.com is not liable for any damages
incurred as a result of a misuse of the website, or
its location, by the client. This includes damages occurring
as a result of spamming by the Client.
goldcoastwebdesign.com is not responsible for damages
resulting from the loss or misuse of any website data,
including but not limited to, information provided by
site visitors such as email addresses, personal contact
information, and/or credit card information provided
as part of an ecommerce implementation. While goldcoastwebdesign
makes every effort to protect information provided by
site visitors, it is common knowledge that the Internet
medium is subject to cyber attacks and site hacks, and
therefore, we cannot control nor limit the effect of
ongoing intrusion methods.
The
Client is defined as the company listed in the abovementioned
Statement of Work and the disclaimers herein apply
to this entity, its subsidiaries, or any contractors
or service providers engaged by the Client.
